Access Requirements

El CEI Cervera gives support to business initiatives that fill the following three requirements:

• Initiatives that have a certain element of innovation and/or new technologies
• Initiatives that are economically viable
• Initiatives that can have a favorable repercussion on the diversification of the economy in Lleida (the sector is analyzed along with the number and the quality of the jobs that can be created)

Projects that meet these requirements can receive the following services:

• Assessment in the development of the business plan
• Assessment in the investigation of financing (subventions, grants, guarantor free loans, minority participations in capital)
• Technological assessment (patents, suppliers, technology)
• References to other specialized entities
• Rental space in the CEEI Business Centre under the following conditions:
  • Cost: between 2,25 Euros and 5 Euros per square metre according to the type of space
  • Maximum rental period is 3,5 years
  • Businesses in their first year of establishment can take advantage of an incremental renting system: (33% of the total cost the first semester, 66% the second, … 166% the seventh)
